NYC: 2nd Annual Veggie Pride Parade

Event Description :
"Celebrating the health, environmental and ethical benefits of a vegetarian or vegan diet."

Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and sign boards announcing their pride in being vegetarians, with regular clothes also welcome.

The march will end at Union Square West, where there will be a public meeting with speakers, music and exhibits.
