New Paltz: Report back from Bolivian climate change conference

Event Description :
A presentation on the "World Peoples Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth" that occurred April 19-22 in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Reporting will be award-winning veteran journalist Bill Weinberg (http://worldwar4report.com & WBAI radio).

The will also be a report and a video on indigenous, peasant, and ecological struggles in Amazonia.

An optional potluck begins at 5:00pm.
