(General / Misc) - A BDS (Boycott, Divest and Sanction) action at the CVS chain pharmacy. The protest is against a the sale of Dead Sea products (largely cosmetics), which according to the organizers are "manufactured in Israel's illegal West Bank settlement of Mitzepe Shalem, and made with minerals literally stolen from the Palestinian people."

| New Paltz: Meeting of local Pax Christi chapter
(Peace / War) - Pax Christi of the Hudson Valley meets regularly on the first Monday of each month. These meetings of the local chapter of the international Catholic peace movement alternate monthly between St. Mary's Church in Fishkill, NY (on odd-numbered months); and St. Joseph's Parish Center in New Paltz, NY (on even-numbered months).
Meetings are open to people of any religion, and inter-religious dialogue is encouraged. Recent discussions focus on human rights, including immigration and women's issues.
